I’m getting old, and starting to feel it too

I think a lot, and nothing ever changes. Put your trust in another and all you’ll get is their view, nothing to do with you.

I wonder why I carry on when its all a lie, I have a body which must die.

So why a mind? when there’s nothing new in it. Has it all been a waste of time, if this is how you end up.

Has my race been run and I’m now on an un-celebratory lap.

I’m glad I had a ‘mind’ once, but now I feed of others and they off me.

How many more years? to live in fear.

Why Jason Rubens

One day I may change my name to Jason Rubens. I don’t particularly like the surname name that i’ve got right now, although I can live with my christian and middle names. But I really like Jason or [Ja’s son] and Rueben was one of the twelve tribes, and is associated with the sign of ‘Aquarius’ and has ‘other links’ to religious figures of the past. So if I do change my name, i’ll be losing a name I don’t much care for, and gaining ‘one’ that I do. A win win situation.
